    Is there any particular reason, Adobe, that you are still not capable of producing a Creative Cloud desktop application (Windows) that will actually launch? Because for several YEARS now, you have to "repair" i.e. reinstall the whole thing every now and then.

    I am curious. Is it incompetence?
