    I have hundreds of applications on my computer that do updates and downloads, including game launchers like Steam and Epic, and NONE of them behave like CC does, and completely monopolize the computer's bandwidth like some sort of virus. I don't know how Windows even allows an app to behave like this. Adobe should be ashamed of having their app behave so blatantly against common standards. Just let your downloads behave like millions of other apps do! No one else does this. WTF is your problem Adobe?
