My thoughts on this are that it's time consuming and space consuming to have multiple Mac installer versions by hardware type. In general, I prefer universal versions of apps, but if that is not the direction you folks want to take and given that Adobe installers in general are heavily scripted and dependent on post install scripting, why can't you simply add a line that detects the given hardware type and load the right stuff on it? Better than having two ugly installer packages taking up space in our package repo.
