    Michael, it may be either your Proxy settings or a VPN is blocking. Try going to Settings-Network-Advanced-Proxy. Make sure nothing is checked. If SOCKS is checked, uncheck it. That will mess with the CC update and stop the update process. -Save settings when done. Good Luck!

    Creative Cloud gets hung up at 29% when updating. I can not update any of my apps without this being updated first. When I try to repair or uninstall to reinstall (either process unacceptable) I get a error message code 81- another installer is currently running and must be closed before installing...
    Adobe does not give instructions how to get around that!
    I am so sick of this issue. I feel like my computer is being held *******.
