Adobe has come a long way in advancing their desktop app and their file/asset sharing experience, but it needs to come a lot further for our organization to fully invest in it as a primary workflow. One specific feature that would be down-right revolutionary would be the ability to branch versions of files within the system. Figma just released this feature last month: https://releases.figma.com/2021/10/branching-in-figma-is-here.html
If we were able to slice off branches of major project files, work on them in an isolated sandbox, then merge them with the main branch when approved, our team efficiency and brand safety would sky rocket. This would essentially function the same way as Github, which should be familiar to a wide audience.
