Feedback and support system
Since Adobe introduced business and personal profiles I've been having troubles with syncing libraries between those two profiles as well with the libraries the rest of my team is making and sharing. While they get almost instant access to shared libraries I have a totally different experience or should I say no experience at all, since no libraries show up in my CC app or on browser. One more thing is that Adobe once again made communication with support difficult since only the IT support team from the company I work for can contact Adobe support. You can probably imagine how that works, right? And how much time does it take for problem to get solved. Although in my case the problem with libraries remains. Adobe?
