The worst app I have ever seen. Your misery
Sorry for being so harsh, but the worst app I have ever seen. It never works straight forward in one go. Your misery is multiplied manyfold if you are behind a firewall and that too on a Mac within an AD Domain. Even if you define all proxy details, credentials etc in the MAC and Safari works fine, even after that Creative Cloud demands another set of proxy details and credentials on its own. And in case if you succeed entering it and getting it working, there is no cause as to where it is saved and if another user comes, he may end up using your credentials. Very often we find ourselves stuck with this APP. It doesn't uninstall easily. Very annoyingly sticky APP. Getting its suitable installer is ever more challenging. It doesn't allow you to choose right installer for you. It tries to choose on its own and then while running it says it is not suitable. This is not a JOKE. Adobe has to LEARN to be more professional. We pay and buy and we have to get things done. I wonder whether we will ever get any support from you. Like other products and vendors there is no point of contact who will respond and support. We just have to throw our cries in the air and if we are lucky you guys will identify it and respond. Quark once made our lives very difficult and they are nowhere now. I hope Adobe will learn its lessons and keeps things SIMPLE.

No offence to the forum members. Experience with Adobe CC Desktop APP has been very frustrating.
