  1. CC Desktop App - Better App Updating Info

    Could the app more clearly highlight the current app updating - a slight highlight color or something? Could you also apply an overall update estimated progress display bar for how long it will take for the apps I'm trying to update - can the percentage be converted to time? Could you offer a thumbnail view so I can see all my apps - if they are updated and if their versions? Unrelated - please figure out your versioning system? Between the year release and the build number it's all over the place. Please improve this.

  2. Forced update even when set as not auto-update

    We do not all have a very fast Internet connexion !
    Updating takes more than 8 hours !

    I have unchecked the auto-update, but still ADOBE is forcing update via node.exe in two instances catching all my internet speed, I can't even work because of this !
    Please consider the choice of your customer to not auto-update, if unchecked there is a reason for it !
    Every morning I have to kill the node.exe windows task to be able to work ! that's not how a company such as Adobe schould treat their customer

    Working on a photo and than a reboot of PS, than login again with a code from sms, then loging using Username and PW, and than start the work all over!! Thank you for taking my time. - point

  4. Make Upload/Sync of Files into Creative Cloud work consistently

    Feedback to say Upload of completed H265 4K Video files do not upload anymore into 'My Files'. Creative Cloud should take files up to 5GB. a 4.4 GB file will not work - Get Error - Cannot Sync.
    I have previously (2 to 3 months ago) uploaded files of 4.3GB

    2. Ths morning i was using your online AI which left me hanging out to dry!
    3. i'M A PHOTOGRAPER. yESTERDAY i WATCHING ONE OF Terry J Lees 57 min tutorial which sorted me out IN THAT i WAS USING THe WRONG PRODUCT. All I want is Lightroom (backs up my images automatically, and unlimited file size (length), and use it for mobile images.

    I don't why the latest update of premiere is crazy as ****. I was doing my project and suddenly some of the glitch appear on my screen. its not transition, its not an effect or whatsoever. this is making me frustrated ever since the new update. Adobe please fix this matter. my project has been delayed by this problem and I'm disappointed with it.

    The changes you made to the tutorials really don't work well. The screen is so small that it is hard to follow the actions of the teacher and there is no way to make it larger.

  14. Make Creative Cloud creative

    Among the many things I despise about this app is its dull, dreary 'minimalist' layout.
    Minimalism done effectively is just awesome. Who would disagree? This app, sadly, does not fit into that category.
    Super small silver font in, arguably, the dullest font of them all, Calibri, does not sophisticated make. And as for creative? Dullest font on white. Seriously.
    Please allow us some options. Particularly considering the waiting time for this clunker to load. Please allow us something less oppressive on the other side.

  16. Let me pay in full, I'm not gonna pay monthly

    My license apparently expired by my admin, and now I can't use any of my apps or endless effects..

    I literally cannot afford paying every single month forever, for applications. Just let me pay in full so I can use it for however long I want.

  17. Keeps re-installing

    CC Desktop constantly requires re-installing itself. Further, it always "forgets" my adobe login. So, I find I can't use a CC app without going through a 2-step verification process Often, CC Desktop re-installs itself immediately after a previous re-install. This can occur several times during the working day. And during re-installs, the computer becomes very slow. Please fix your software OR tell me what I need to do to fix this problem!

  18. It would really be nice to get Adobe Acrobat to download. I'd love to get to use what I've paid for.

    Create a way to download a true installer when the cloud fails. I NEED the app that I've paid for!

    To be truthful, I HATE the Creative Cloud because it has so many fail points. No matter how good your software is, it cannot overcome the high peak of failure that prevents me from getting my hands on it!

    Please allow to not update when you restart your computer and program. I can understand if it's vital but for basic updates they can wait.

    Is very frustrating to not be able to open up Lightroom for example to just export a file without updating the Creative Cloud Software. Give it a week or so until it's required.
