  1. Keeps re-installing

    CC Desktop constantly requires re-installing itself. Further, it always "forgets" my adobe login. So, I find I can't use a CC app without going through a 2-step verification process Often, CC Desktop re-installs itself immediately after a previous re-install. This can occur several times during the working day. And during re-installs, the computer becomes very slow. Please fix your software OR tell me what I need to do to fix this problem!

  2. It would really be nice to get Adobe Acrobat to download. I'd love to get to use what I've paid for.

    Create a way to download a true installer when the cloud fails. I NEED the app that I've paid for!

    To be truthful, I HATE the Creative Cloud because it has so many fail points. No matter how good your software is, it cannot overcome the high peak of failure that prevents me from getting my hands on it!

  3. I want google to load up my password, as logging into Creative cloud is a real pain and takes too long

    Login needs to be painless. Just let google remember my login and password and boom of we go creating. I'm currently wasting creative time doing admin

  5. Save users data and time - Update file size and pause button.

    For people who have slow internet or relatively heavy data charges, so we can decide if we can afford the time and charges to update. Why would anyone not want to know file sizes, even with fast internet? - if there is a way to see it, it isn't obvious.

    Would be nice for updating to have a pause button... Even if it can save the last packet and as said before, save on some data and time if needed.

    Please allow to not update when you restart your computer and program. I can understand if it's vital but for basic updates they can wait.

    Is very frustrating to not be able to open up Lightroom for example to just export a file without updating the Creative Cloud Software. Give it a week or so until it's required.

    Adobe hast too many things running in the background (even when I remove Adobe startup items). To the point I consider this to be all bloatware clogging my system. Please reduce system impact and background shizzle.

  8. Hide Creative Cloud on the Windows Explorer

    I don't use Creative Cloud to store files through Windows Explorer, so having it taking space on the left pane is bothersome. Right now I use a Registry hack to get rid of it: My Computer\HKEYCURRENTUSER\Software\Classes\CLSID{0E270DAA-1BE6-48F2-AC49-F4F1D1A9AAC4}\System.IsPinnedToNameSpaceTree = 0

    But every time the Creative Cloud app (and aparently any other Adobe app)
    updated, it sets the value back to 1 and it shows on Explorer again... can we have a user friendly option to disable this? And one that sticks between app updates?

  9. Return the app listing to a menu bar drop down.

    Please return the CC app listing to a menu bar drop down instead of yet another launch window cluttering up my workspace. I'll bet not one person requested this new feature, yet, you went and did it. The only problem with the previous drop down was that it prioritizes apps that I'm not using (does anyone (that's a photographer) really prefer the web version of Lightroom to the real version?), and at the minimum should allow the user to re organize.     How about you stop pushing your junk apps that I don't need to my desktop and save you the trouble of bundling it and me the hassle of uninstalling it and complaining to Adobe for doing it in the first place????

  12. firewall set up for corporations

    Dear Sir or Madam,

    My request is that somehow you explain or provide detailed information about how creative cloud syncs and works, to include detailed file names so that my corporate IT department can configure their security settings to allow creative cloud to work properly. Currently, nothing syncs or is connected when I am logging in through VPN. To update my applications I have to log out of VPN, update my apps, and then log back into VPN. While on VPN, fonts also are not able to activate. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

  13. Bring back Setting to turn of synchronization!

    It was possible before! Not being able to turn of file synchronization from creative cloud drive is a NO-GO. Its just possible to "pause" it now which leave the already synced files on my drive.

  14. Turn off update notifications!

    How to turn off updates notifications for Creative Cloud? Furthermore, the app indicates it's up to date AND I already turned off all notifications in the setup menu...
    At that point, it's a bug or it's stupide. In either case, it's annoying!

  15. Not all of USA has fast internet

    Please consider those of us that have really poor internet service or even have to go to the library or coffee shop to access the internet to update. I get that might take several trips but everytime I have to turn off the computer the CC application reports to me it is starting from scratch.     Please do not allow CC to run for anyone, except for selected users. So, not for everyone by default, especially the Guest user should not have access to CC by default.
    On my Mac I have several Users, including a Guest user. I only want CC to run for me, not for anyone else, especially not for the Guest user. As is, it seems CC just runs for everyone and there doesn't seem to be a way to change that default behaviour.

  17. Need to correct bug in Premiere Rush

    While using the updated Premiere Rush, it is goin to a black screen when pausing or moving the scroll bar to a different scene/clip. Can this be corrected? It makes it harder to trim clips to the correct spot as well as align the frame correctly.

    Could also use some better transitions and intro frames.

  19. Add license to uploaded Fonts

    With custom made fonts that are gathered online (and not yet available though Adobe fonts as of yet, or are specialized and likely won't come to Adobe fonts ever) it's really nice that we're able to upload fonts onto CC. However, I've noticed that I don't have a way to attach the license to the font. Luckily I'm working for myself and I have a system to keep all of these licenses in check whenever I'm publishing something using 3rd party media.
