  2. CC Libraries Preview Issues

    I completely forgot exactly which version, but starting with the most recent CC 2019 and the current CC 2020. CC Libraries can't generate preview/thumbnail when adding new asset.
    The only temporary workaround is to clean the CC Libraries using Adobe CC Cleaner Tool and reinstall it, which is very annoying. Any suggestions anyone?

  3. It's just plain stupid that CC does not have a 'repair' option available in the control panel in install/delete.

    as complicated as adobe photoshop is...you would think that the developers would install a 'repair' option when the program is messing up. I want to know why...Also, Adobe, that makes a grip of money, a customer can't get a freaking answer from help...you have to search endlessly to find an answer to any question...absolutely NO customer service....WHY DON'T YOU BE LIKE AMAZON?
    Pathetic! Shame on Adobe!

  4. Display Available Apps and Allow Launching Apps for Users Who Don't Have Manage Rights

    We install Adobe CC on classroom computers without management rights so that users cannot update or install apps. This means that when users log into the Creative Cloud Desktop app, the first thing they see is a big empty window with the words "You don't have access to manage apps". This confuses some users into thinking they don't have access to the apps at all, and it also means users cannot launch Adobe apps from the CC app, they have to find them using the Windows interface. It would be very useful to have a list of software launchers available…

  6. Bring back installers for legacy versions

    The amount of legacy versions available is appalling. As a subscriber one of the main benefits should be the availability of all versions of the application so that a creator is able to fit themselves within any pipeline without hassle. Especially when your ******* apps are forward compatible but not backwards.

    Today I needed to install After Effects 2015 to match up with a clients version but found the simple task was impossible and even support couldn't help with it.

  8. Creative Cloud Syncing errors and Inconsistencies

    Something changed in the most recent updates that cause sync errors and inconsistencies that weren't there before. For examples some folders don't sync or if I move a folder to a different folder on the desktop it will still show up in the old location on other devices.

  9. Photoshop: Nearest color with Color range and Eyedropper Tool from one Window to another.

    Why is not possible to sample a color with Eyedropper Tool from a Window and then with Color Range (Sampled Colors) find the nearest color in another Window? This was possible with CS6!!! I think this is a bug.
    Now i have to cut a portion from Window 1 and paste in Window 2 in order to find the nearest color from window 1 in window 2.

  10. Can't edit H.264 Mp4s in Adobe Premier 2020. Playback is horrible, regardless of what I do.

    Not sure if this is the right place for this or not.

    Ever since I updated to the latest version of Adobe Premier Pro 2020, I have been unable to edit ANYTHING.

    Doesn't matter how many changes to memory, gpu help, audio and video playback setting changes I make, it is still impossible to work with.

    This is my high end PC as well. With an I7 7700K, 32GB RAM and GTX1070.

    My crappier PC with an I5 and a 770M (laptop) has no issues what so ever, with the same version of the program.

    Is it a compatibility issue?…

  11. Save option in lightroom

    The latest update to Lightroom has taken the right click save option away when you click on a picture you are editing . Now you half to go through a export process that will not save the location of the folder you are saving too. So now I half to do that process with every picture. How can I go back to the previous version so that I am not stuck with this aggravating process?

  13. Truly need a Help Desk online and live...

    Adobe CC truly needs a hotline and online help desk. This paying is ridiculous, with no backup, no one to turn to at work when the app is constantly downloading updates and I have paid for months n months without use as well I've now been charged DOUBLE from this month onwards, withuot warning or explanation or response to my email.

    You can't expect me to sit here at work and not accomplish anything, with my job on the line... How do they get away with this?

  17. CC 5.0.0.354 Not working properly. It does not show versions loaded on system.

    CC 5.0.0.354 indicates the Camera Raw file on my system is 10.0. However, when I open PS 20, it uses Camera Raw 12.0 (the most current file). The CC app seems to not show the current versions actually loaded of PS. It is a circular process trying to update, which I have started from square 1 (uninstalled all of the CC Apps) and used the CC Cleaner and Registry Cleaner, which gets me back to the same frustrating place.   19. Improving this ******* trash to be at least stable

    Crashing all the time, drag and drop causes freezing, CC app causes freeze at system startup, can't force turn off a couple of CC tasks (Coresync????), which also prevents my system from properly shutting down and it gives overall system instability and consistently losing motivation when all i get from these applications are errors. Don't even mention proper multithreaded rendering (it CAN be done - see RenderGarden) and just stop pushing AME and give us back the possibility to render native h264 and h265 directly from AE.     Hello,
    I skimmed the message boards on this topic and updated my version of XD, but I wanted to describe the scenario from which I'm encountering my issue. I am a Windows-based user at work, running CC for Windows and I have 2 monitor setup. I also use a virtual desktop.

    Today being Saturday, I'm at home and I wanted to do some XD tutorials. Since my licensed copy of XD is through work, I logged in to my VDI from my old (2009) MacBook Pro running OS X Yosemite 10.10.5, which for everything else work-related, works fine.
