  1. It is not the appicataion that I thought it was an update and it is not. I want a refund.

    I do not want this application. It is not what I thought it would be. I thought it was an update of adobe acrobat 9.

  3. buggy and disturbing. completely annoying. thinking about deleting all my softwares.

    Won't stop popping up on my screen asking about the illustrator preferances. funny thing is i dont even have that installed on my pc any more. won't let me work and completely bothering me to do anything on my pc. please delete the creative cloud app and dont force me to use some lame platfrom just so I could work.

  4. Decouple Camera Raw from Apps

    I can't be the only person who has never used Camera RAW and has no plan to use it.

    Sure, I get it, Photoshop is for photos. Originally, sure I'd agree with that assertion. But that's no longer strictly the case. If nothing else, install it by default but let us remove it, or give us the option when we choose to install Photoshop or whatever other app it's coupled with. Otherwise it should be paying rent instead of squatting on my SSD.

  5. Horrified at ADOBE stealing my old programs!!!!!

    I'm genuinely horrified at the lack of consent from adobe, and the lack of upkeep of there site code. someone is either blocking me from accessing my log in via malicious code in the website, or ADOBE have stolen x3 and half years of my money and are blocking me from accessing my account. I wanted to keep the old software, I was told after 2 years, the software would be mine to own, except there's an automated continued payment section, that you can't even tell when the date is up, as there no reference on your account.   6. Missing software to compose music

    You have software to edit videos, one for audios, another for texts, but it lacks the software to compose music; something like Cubase. If you incorporate one, the loyalty will be greater, since music creators would have everything in Creative Cloud.

    Please, have an option to kill creative cloud after checking for updates or so. It's impossible to do now, have this option back.

  9. Please fix the session management/startup code. Desktop times out and want to "repair".

    The new (horrible) desktop only starts a small percentage of the time.

    It seems to fail to create a valid browser/session. "Adobe CEF Helper" running repeatedly in (apparent) retry bursts, Creative Cloud looping constantly (sucking an entire core alone) in repeated attempts to create a session.

    With NO session created in the "Active Sessions" in the Adobe Web account, and the Windows Credential manager filling up with MANY (right now I have 60+ or more) goofy App credentials created locally.

    The ACC.log consistently show the same failure scenario.

    The short story:

    • GetUserProfileXml: No access token present. User not signed in.

  11. CC Libraries Preview Issues

    I completely forgot exactly which version, but starting with the most recent CC 2019 and the current CC 2020. CC Libraries can't generate preview/thumbnail when adding new asset.
    The only temporary workaround is to clean the CC Libraries using Adobe CC Cleaner Tool and reinstall it, which is very annoying. Any suggestions anyone?

  12. It's just plain stupid that CC does not have a 'repair' option available in the control panel in install/delete.

    as complicated as adobe photoshop is...you would think that the developers would install a 'repair' option when the program is messing up. I want to know why...Also, Adobe, that makes a grip of money, a customer can't get a freaking answer from help...you have to search endlessly to find an answer to any question...absolutely NO customer service....WHY DON'T YOU BE LIKE AMAZON?

  13. Display Available Apps and Allow Launching Apps for Users Who Don't Have Manage Rights

    We install Adobe CC on classroom computers without management rights so that users cannot update or install apps. This means that when users log into the Creative Cloud Desktop app, the first thing they see is a big empty window with the words "You don't have access to manage apps". This confuses some users into thinking they don't have access to the apps at all, and it also means users cannot launch Adobe apps from the CC app, they have to find them using the Windows interface. It would be very useful to have a list of software launchers available…

  15. Bring back installers for legacy versions

    The amount of legacy versions available is appalling. As a subscriber one of the main benefits should be the availability of all versions of the application so that a creator is able to fit themselves within any pipeline without hassle. Especially when your ******* apps are forward compatible but not backwards.

    Today I needed to install After Effects 2015 to match up with a clients version but found the simple task was impossible and even support couldn't help with it.

  17. Creative Cloud Syncing errors and Inconsistencies

    Something changed in the most recent updates that cause sync errors and inconsistencies that weren't there before. For examples some folders don't sync or if I move a folder to a different folder on the desktop it will still show up in the old location on other devices.

  18. Photoshop: Nearest color with Color range and Eyedropper Tool from one Window to another.

    Why is not possible to sample a color with Eyedropper Tool from a Window and then with Color Range (Sampled Colors) find the nearest color in another Window? This was possible with CS6!!! I think this is a bug.
    Now i have to cut a portion from Window 1 and paste in Window 2 in order to find the nearest color from window 1 in window 2.

  19. Can't edit H.264 Mp4s in Adobe Premier 2020. Playback is horrible, regardless of what I do.

    Not sure if this is the right place for this or not.

    Ever since I updated to the latest version of Adobe Premier Pro 2020, I have been unable to edit ANYTHING.

    Doesn't matter how many changes to memory, gpu help, audio and video playback setting changes I make, it is still impossible to work with.

    This is my high end PC as well. With an I7 7700K, 32GB RAM and GTX1070.

    My crappier PC with an I5 and a 770M (laptop) has no issues what so ever, with the same version of the program.

    Is it a compatibility issue?…

  20. Save option in lightroom

    The latest update to Lightroom has taken the right click save option away when you click on a picture you are editing . Now you half to go through a export process that will not save the location of the folder you are saving too. So now I half to do that process with every picture. How can I go back to the previous version so that I am not stuck with this aggravating process?
