  2. Show the lastest version of Applications, along with the version you have...

    When hovering over a particular application, you can see the version (such as 13.1.5) but there is no info as to whether this is the latest version, was released last week, or was released last year.

    You should also allow people to post any bugs or issues related to the latest versions, so others could be saved some heartburn if there is a significant issue. I have been burned several times by buggy releases.

  3. App Uninstall

    When I attempt to uninstall an app, don't make me first UPDATE Adobe CC. Just let me do what I need to do, and uninstall an app. I'm a big boy. I can figure out when to update my CC on my own. If I need the update to install other features, that's fine - just give me an option to cancel the update to CC, warn me that I can't install anything new until I do, and then give me options to uninstall.     I had to purchase your program for my daughters education.

    Now i cannot install . The program is highly intergrated into the computer system.

    i would never purchase your program again due to the way you prevent uninstalls .

  6. Adobe CC needs ability to limit download rate when updating.

    We need the ability to slow the download rate so we can use our internet while apps are updating.

    Adobe CC Desktop app is bloated and resource hungry. Whenever updating it, the app blocks my (slow) internet connection until apps are updated.

    This means, not only is it slowing down my computer but also slowing and sometimes blocking other internet activity.

    Hi there, professional concept artist and environment designer for film and animation here and this is HUGE for me and our animation studio's current inking workflow on the Disney animated feature we are currently working on.   12. Fix the Bugs: Cloud keeps logging me out every 5 minutes after logging back in!

    Please just fix the cloud so it doesn't keep logging users out every five minutes. I lose my Adobe fonts and then my document has issues. Please fix this urgently as it is extremely annoying.

  14. App Install

    I have been trying to install this on my computer for three days. It loads to 13% then stops completely. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times and even updated my computer. I have no idea why it won't continue loading and I've already paid the subscription fee. I've tried looking up various troubleshoot options and nothing seems to work.

  18. Change back the Photoshop Save As... function

    Please undo the changes to the Save As... function in Photoshop and return the selection of all file formats. I understand that this change was made to solve a problem for Mac users with the Catalina OS, but it has wrecked the workflow of many other non-Mac users and designers with years of experience who are accustomed to using the Save As... function as it worked before.
    Please consider splitting the development of this feature according to the operating system (Mac and non-MAC).

  19. Change your cancellation policy

    The fact that you disguise an annual fee as a monthly fee is deceptive and unpleasant.

    The fact that cancelling that supposedly monthly contract means customers still have to pay out for the rest of the year is unjustifiable.

    The fact you will immediately cut users off from Creative Cloud services and apps, despite them being locked into paying for the rest of that year, is just toxic behaviour.

    Change your contract billing terms, and change your cancellation policy. It's 2021, being hostile to customers doesn't fly, and we all understand how a SaaS company operates. You do not…

  20. Longer than usual to load Creative Cloud

    EVERY time I try to load Creative Cloud it immediately tells me that it is taking longer than usual to load. But when I click "Relaunch" it starts up with no problem. Sounds like a glitch in the loading process.
