How can we improve App catalog, App install or App updates experience in Creative Cloud Desktop?

Premiere keeps playing when I try to stop it.

Premiere keeps playing after I press spacebar to stop it. The CTI freezes, the video freezes, but the audio continues. This has only gotten worse with updates. Even saving the project does not stop it.
