Change your cancellation policy
The fact that you disguise an annual fee as a monthly fee is deceptive and unpleasant.
The fact that cancelling that supposedly monthly contract means customers still have to pay out for the rest of the year is unjustifiable.
The fact you will immediately cut users off from Creative Cloud services and apps, despite them being locked into paying for the rest of that year, is just toxic behaviour.
Change your contract billing terms, and change your cancellation policy. It's 2021, being hostile to customers doesn't fly, and we all understand how a SaaS company operates. You do not need to do any of this.
