Adobe CC needs ability to limit download rate when updating.
We need the ability to slow the download rate so we can use our internet while apps are updating.
Adobe CC Desktop app is bloated and resource hungry. Whenever updating it, the app blocks my (slow) internet connection until apps are updated.
This means, not only is it slowing down my computer but also slowing and sometimes blocking other internet activity.

I second this! The updates seem to be consuming all my bandwidth making it impossible for other services and apps to function correctly if they require internet access. I have 100/100 Mbps connection and I would like to limit the download rate for these updates.
