CC still won't load
I can launch and run PS on my account but CC simply won't login - it keeps saying I've been logged out and won't log back in. I've deleted OOBEs, reinstalled every damned thing and done all sorts of nonsense to no effect. I can connect to adobe online via browser and login with no problems on the webpage, and I'm able to see the logos when I check the server connection link, but CC never works. This is on an MSI Apache Pro GE72 laptop on Windows 10. It's your typical home network, nothing strange, no proxies or anything. Any CC apps (like Lightroom) that require a persistent connection I can't access because CC never connects.

Now it's loading but only occasionally, which suggests this isn't a network issue on my side. This morning I'm able to login to Lightroom on a browser but the desktop app says it has no internet connection, which obviously isn't the case because I'm on Adobe cc on the browser...
