How can we improve App catalog, App install or App updates experience in Creative Cloud Desktop?

I checked the option to turn off creative cloud launching on PC startup, it still launches anyways

Even if i check off the option to NOT launch when I start up my PC, it will launch anyways, I don't know about y'all but my 8 GB of RAM trembles at the sight of CC's logo.
