Adobe Premiere new update keeps crashing

The media player in premiere keeps displaying an error, the media jams and causes the software to crash. Please rectify.

    My premiere keep crashing to the piont i cant stay in the app and every time i get the app for the pass year it does this.

    Premiere started crashing all the time. Takes the fun out of it. A project that would have been fun an quick to edit takes ages and makes me frustrated. I've googled all the fixes and nothing works. Please fix this issue.
