Absolutely **** and slow installation process.
It has taken me 4 restarts to install, having to turn off every virus protection option and even then Illustrator is still only 38% installed after 4 hours. THIS IS JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH. It will take a year to install all the apps I need at this rate.

I love setting time aside to download and install updates.... for 3 days in a row only to have the updates no install.
I've seriously installed updates for drivers, antivirus and downloaded software. It's not me it's you.
Your end it total $hit. Why can't an install continue from where it reached the previous time?
I was lucky enough to get the Lightroom and RAW installed by photoshop no.
I love using almost 4gb of my data when this basically costs me $2 where I am and it doesn't work and I have to set aside time yet again.
Why have you not taken some time as a company to maybe streamline your software instead of making it basically bloatware. God dam. I will one day find a different developer that does the same thing for 1/10th the space and resources.
You guys are a massive company. Try getting better instead of just continuing to grow. This goes with your software as well.
The Cloud is even worse and I won't even talk about it.

Agreed, this is just ridiculous, had my computer Desktop with windows ten on all day (roughly 9+ hours) just trying to update photoshop, WHY IS IT SOOO SLOW! it even tells me that it is "taking longer than usual " and errors out after so long. At least put in the update status the file size it is trying to download... anything, Adobe it's like you stopped caring about your users when you went subscription. It's horrible.

Install is a disaster. This is useless. I can't get Creative Cloud to open at all now. It just spins then tells me I have to login again but doesn't let me.
"Unable to reach the server."
"Please check the firewall."
Photoshop was the only program that loaded. Took FOREVER. Nothing else will load. Had to put in a verification code and now I can't use Photoshop. It's just flipping through a bunch of screens. -

The useless cloud app will not load. I have installed , uninstalled, repaired and I have done all of the ridiculous things any "help" instructions give. And still I am unable to use the PS that I paid for, which is not cheap by any means. FIX this issue! I want to use a product that I paid for.

Beyond frustrated.... I'm now on day three trying to download photoshop and bridge. Lightroom finally loaded. Very disappointed and will be looking into other editing program options available so I can make an informed decision whether to continue with CC or move to a different platform when this subscription is due to run out.

Agreed. This service is total ****. I've been trying to download and install Dreamweaver for over 4 days, and it stops between 35 and 45% every time. Troubleshooting, turning off Firewalls, booting in Safe Mode with Networking, etc...etc...and NOTHING works. I'm ready to just get rid of the new Adobe products and use the ones I paid for back in 2002 that came on disc. This downloading is total ****, and has left a sour taste in my mouth.

I had exactly the same problem and the issue IMO is that it times out, does not tell you and restarts (downloads again, times out, repeats) the UI should tell you what it is doing not just a graph that remains on a percentage.
Anyways my issue was that my internet connection was slow (3.1 mbps). I was surprise when I reached out to support, they remote to my desktop, did everything that I did (disable firewalls etc) and had the same problem, they then prepared install packages for me for Creative cloud and Photoshop to download (it took 4 hours) .I then ran the installs locally, it took no longer 20 minutes for both to install successfully. The programs run with no issues. My only regret is that I spent 20 odd hours trying to resolve the problem myself by searching the internet instead of using the support portal.
If Adobe is reading this thread they should offer alternative ways to install for slow connections and a more feed back to the user during the installation process. What makes it worse is the UI is responsive when it has failed but it is not doing anything (little CPU, DISK and network activity in task manager) and if it does crash it should pickup from the download where it left off, it can be done google allows you to retry...
I would also discourage the advice to disable firewalls and antivirus software particularly if you are online downloading, you will forget to turn it back on and you are now vulnerable. It is rarely the issue anyways and was not in my case
I understand the frustration, adobe your support (once I found it) and Photoshop is awesome. Your installer is very weak at best, sort it out! no good having the best application if only a few can install it

I have the same problem, The installation of Photoshop stalls all the time. I tried everything recommended including, uninstalled and re-installed all adobe products, ran the cleaner available on Adobe website, deactivated my firewall and anti-virus. Even had adobe help desk try remotely for more than an hour. Tried 3 diffierent internet connections, Wifi, direct DSL even my phone data plan with wifi hotspot.
Im running a two year old Acer Desktop I3-7200 3,9Ghz CPU, , 8GB ram, windows 10 (updated), windows defender. The worst thing is everytime you try to redo the installation it restarts from scratch instead of continuing where it left off. Even had trouble installing the creative cloud app, the tech support had to provide the full download package to be able to install it. I've read online of many other people with this issue. If it weren't for the fact the the school my daughter goes too requires this product I wouldn't use it. Poor programming I guess. I can't imagine the rest of the Software.. -

Absolutly right! Never had a problem before to update the apps, now it is just almost impossible!!! This is really no sense! Try the updates before realising this disasters!!!
