Illustrator crash

Hi, what's going on with illustrator? Every time I save a file it takes ages because the app crash.

    Adobe Illustrator 2021 (Not Responding)

    Trying to open an Illustrator file, still waiting, and waiting and waiting.

    It also happens to me, Illustrator to crash continuously !!! What is the use of sending dozens of reports if the problem is not resolved then ???
