Why did it take zero time and no sign-in to launch the full CC, which I dropped due to ridiculous cost, but takes forever for the cheaper, simpler Photographer deal to launch? Are you actively TRYING to drive users away? I see by your "terms of service" that I can be suspended if you think I complain too much, or for any reason of for NO reason. I'll take that chance.

I've also been paying for years, and can NEVER EVER be recognised or sign in o my same laptop at work. Also, without explanation, my fees doubled this month and after auto paying them I have sat here wasting 2hrs for a download that just won't happen, as well I was signed out and not being recognised anymore.
