new creative cloud app is slow and laggy

Same here - is there any solution? Whenever CC tries to update any app, all Internet is gone too (DNS error) returns immediately once I stop the update process.

Updating Lightroom classic: update stalls at 43% and stops (tried many, many times).

I have also the same problem: PS downloading is stopped at 8%. I tried several times but it's always the same problem with IE11, GoogleChrome and Firefox!
I have of course paid the fee and I can't download Photoshop.
I am working on Windows 10 (1903), 64-bit OS
What can you propose quickly for solving this problem? -

I have the same problem. At start-up, the desktop app never loads initially, then I'll have to close the app and relaunch it. I constantly get an error message the app is taking too long to load and to relaunch. And even after it does load, it takes 2 or 3 minutes to fully do so. The old app loaded much faster and had no problems.

The same problem here - it is nearly impossible to update any apps. I was trying to update Illustrator like 7 times and all of them it stuck in certain percentage and didn`t move further. It all started with the new desktop app… Please fix this issue, cause it is impossible to get updates and work with newest app versions!

I am having the same issue. Was trying to update apps the whole day yesterday - it said updating 16% on photoshop the whole day.
The app isn't getting further than - Your apps are taking longer than usual to load - message today.
I have relaunched the app multiple times and rebooted my machine.

I just tried the new Creative Cloud app today and noticed with almost every hover state, there's a significant feeling of latency between when I hover on elements (tabs, etc.) and the hover state / visual feedback, making it feel slow and laggy.
What's worse: clicking on tabs and navigating between views in the app, each view has noticeable lag (not instant), where some views can take 1-2 whole seconds to load after clicking the tab.
I'm not understanding why this is—are you making a new HTTP request for each view before it's displayed? Are the views needing to be re-rendered every time they show up (not cached or pre-rendered)?
I have no problem with the app being written with (I'm assuming) Electron or another webview-based implementation, but it's amazingly clear how poor the performance is with basic interactions in the app.
Compare this to Slack, Discord, and other well-known apps that use similar technologies. In my recent experience with them, they're incredibly fast, and much, much more complex than the Adobe CC app.
Please spend some time optimizing it—it will make your users happier and your brand more reputable for having apps the feel good to use.
