new creative cloud app is slow and laggy
i have been trying to update my apps for 2 days. it should have taken 1, or less. You obviously hire people who never finished college, or you never beta tested creative cloud after it's last update, because now, it seems the installer gets stuck. Keep this up, and you will lose customers

Today, 18 Sep 2020, after the last update of the Creative Cloud , it is not downloading anymore. It required me several times to install it again, and again..but the same situation. Yesterday it worked well. I will try again later!
Creative cloud is freezing. AE won't open past the start screen. Photoshop keeps reversing my steps. Last month the eraser tool in Photoshop wasn't working.
If I were in school, with this happening, I would get a failing grade because there is no way I'd be able to get assignment uploaded on time, nor could I get them completed. God forbid if I were using the programs for work. I'd be fired.
This is unacceptable!
Hi there, Creative Cloud keeps getting logged out, every 10-15 minutes. Kind of annoying when you are working in collaboration.

New Creative Cloud Desktop version 220.127.116.116 is awfull. After update app would not connect to Adobe servers, therefoere I cannot user CC Desktop app and services as well. Fonts wont synchronise. It is impossible to work. And it lasts about 2 weeks now! Adobe, you are destroying our bussiness - before introduce new updates, please check them on every system on your side, and then push the update.
I am very disapointed in latest Adobe products!
Oh YES thanks a lot everyone. It was already very slow since the version 20, but since the last update, its AWFUL, I can't find any word to describe how frustrated I am using the CC's Apps...
Everyone who's using Creative Cloud at work end with the same constat : it's slow, it takes times to launch (even lauching windows is faster, not kidding !) and it's quite impossible to do anything.
Please consider our messages, because it becomes really hard to work well (and in time) with the apps :'(
creatice cloud works extremely slow since last update. I work with lightroom and photoshop and since this last update I can no longer work, this super slow it took me three times to edit only 1 photo and also when it loads it only closes the program and I have to log in again in the cloud! appalling!
It seems that in your zeal to make Creative Cloud communicate with your servers before any subscriber can start or use the software, Adobe has made the apps run impossibly slow. This, from someone who has used Adobe since you acquired PageMaker and turned it into InDesign literally decades ago. I understand your determination to make sure no one can pirate your software, but this is unacceptable.
What starts slow? The Creative Cloud interface, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. I'm always using the latest updates on a PC.
All apps are impossibly slow to open -- individually and collectively. The only two apps that start quickly are Acrobat Pro and Bridge. I start the computer, start the cloud, and then walk away for 5 minutes because the Cloud takes forever to open and often tells me to relaunch. If I wait it out, it eventually launches.
Once the Cloud has finally launched, I start InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, then walk away for another 10 minutes before I can finally start working. This is bloody unacceptable.
Every time I start the app there is an update that takes an unacceptable amount of time to complete. Bad enough you want a monthly subscription. Now I have to wait 5 to 10 minutes to even use the app I'm overpaying you for. Get with it Adobe. Speed up the updates!!!
lightroom cc is now ridiculously slow to the point i am now going to cancel subscription.
i have the lastest version and updates,pc is running perfect and super fast other than in lightroom,have spent days trying all options to increase performance and uninstalled and re installed several times and tried different versions,even went to the expense of having a 12TB ssd installed a month ago which was not cheap!!

as a amateur photographer,editing should be fun and a massive part of creating an image,but now it just takes away the whole enjoyment of it all!
constantly getting LR not responding,move a adjustment slider and wait 4 seconds for it to adjust WTF!! 4hrs to edit one raw image is a joke,had enough now,LR used to be great now its just s**t

For some time now over the last couple of upgrades the creative cloud is just treacle like slow. Non responsive and it is just a game of patience to wait for it to respond.
No longer able to update any of the apps through Creative Cloud!
I have the same issue. It is so slow that drives me crazy! Also sometimes the download gets stuck at a certain percentage and it won't download anymore.
I think the problem is a timeout (session timeout or Firewall misconfiguration), but I mentioned it already and there seems to be no solution. So, I decided to quit the Adobe Creative Abonnement. Unfortunately. Maybe the Product Manager is able to address the problems and find some solutions.

Not able to work with Creative Cloud Desktop anymore since weeks. Contacted the Adobe support, tried tons of things, completely removed the Creative Software, created new profiles under Windows 10, tried again, it hangs and hangs, could only install the Creative Cloud Desktop after three attempts (after hours), but now the installation of Adobe Media Encoder hangs again (under a brand new profile). Tried it again and again. I need a solution! Since three months! Or I want my money back!
Painfully slow... Trying to download PS update to21.0.1 for over 4 hours now, stuck at 53%. This is not my first attempt at downloading this update.
Give users the ability to directly log into a server, download and update on their own without having to rely on the desktop app.
