Change the app language
Right now it's only possible to change the language of the installed apps, such as Illustrator, but not the Creative Cloud app itself.
It is NOT possible to change language of installed Photoshop (beta). It has only one language, the one which was chosen in Adobe CC app before installing the Photoshop. Doh.
It's funny that the online-version has a setting under "My Work", there you'll find a settings icon (gear) where you can change the language.
This is a bit embarassing, since that request is open for more than a year. The only reason I can think of it not being implemented yet is bad coding and hence too much effort.
I had Illustrator installed in english. Of course, since I'm unable to follow english tutorials in finnish language software and there are simply no people doing finnish tutorials. I need finnish language for my keyboard and texts but all the software has to be in english. Now somehow the Creative Cloud app is in finnish and I can't change that even if I uninstalled it. There was no way to choose the language. Hopefully I can install english Photoshop after I discovered that I had finnish Photoshop and I had to uninstall it.
It's impossible to find any info/tips on localized software. Even all the customer service is in english! What am I supposed to do with complex software without any help? Please stop pushing localized language by default!
I second Luís and Harold's request. It is 2020, I can change languages in all other apps I want to whatever language that I see fit, but a $1000-product I can not?
The best thing about being able to choose a language you want, you get access to help on the web easier. Some phrases are not available to search in my native language, but I can get help in English easy. I pay €500 yearly for a product and I need to put in €200 more to get an English operative system, great.

I live in a rural area where normal internet/wifi is limited however internet (HotSpot) via my cellphone is pretty good, so I along with many people that I know use the hotspot function of the cellphone for wifi in their homes. I've been doing it this way for about 2 years without any problems however after the last CC update, I could no longer update nor download via my cellphone internet... it doesn't matter if cell internet is very fast, like 100 Mbps, it still wouldn't work... however I can connect to a friend's normal home internet, and although much slower, CC will update. Let me also say that I have problems with Windows 10 updates, downloading or uploading, I even downloaded PS from your offline site without problems.
Add the Russian language in Lightroom!!!!

I second this request. I'm American and install all my apps in English, but because I'm in Spain and my Windows system is in Spanish, my Creative Cloud App is in Spanish.
Please don't force the system language, let the user choose on installation or afterwards.

I keep all my design apps in English so if I lookup a tutorial online I can easily locate what's being talked about.
Let's say I have to Google search something I'm not understanding in the app, I have to take the function name/section name/option name/etc being shown in my language (Portuguese) and translate to English. But often times the same word can be translated in multiple ways that are technically correct... since I don't know the exact wording used in the English text, it makes it harder to locate information online.
Good feedback. I invite users to vote for this feature if needed. Luis, can you tell us more about your use case and why you would need to change the language of the UI? today we rely on the language of your OS.
