While I’m very glad to no longer be blinded by the old UI color, this implementation of dark mode looks extremely out of place on macOS. If you’re going to hard-code random color values (instead of using system-provided native UI controls and values), would’ve been nice to at least use the eye dropper to get somewhat-correct colors instead of just making stuff up.
I know Apple’s HUD guidelines are considered a joke nowadays compared to the 90s, it’s still incredibly useful when creating interfaces: https://developer.apple.com/design/human-interface-guidelines/macos/visual-design/translucency/
I assume these colors will come to Windows soon where it’ll also look wrong?
Absolutely fantastic, best birthday present and seeing it go live in person *mwah* And it is beautifully dark!!! 🖤🖤🖤
Dear customers, we are pleased to announce that Dark Mode is now available in Creative Cloud Desktop on MAC. You can change the settings to Dark Mode by going into preferences section of Creative Cloud Desktop.
Dark Mode on Windows is coming soon.
Dark Mode support for the Creative Cloud app on macOS, but also all other Adobe apps.

Honestly, what is the point of these Uservoice forums if Adobe is simply going to ignore their top requests for years on end?

this would be great.

I cannot believe Adobe is so far behind in their UI game that dark mode is still not there. What are we paying them thousands of $$$ per year for?

This forum needs a dark mode as well
The more and more that gives us dark mode the more things that dont suck.
Nothing like running through various bits of work only to have your eyes burned out of your head because you need to open an adobe product or hit an Adobe forum post.

Adobe - how many YEARS do we need to wait for you to catch up with modern times?
Why I hate Adobe? 1. Cloud, 2. Lack of Dark Theme

I opened this suggestion that they are all commenting on in 2019 (but anonymously), and they said they would work on the idea. Years later I see that they have done nothing and that many people continue to charge. I believe we asked for something very difficult for them.

Let's just hope and pray that they will bring Dark Mode to CC this year's AdobeMAX 2021. 🙏

Google search, youtube, android, spotify... the biggest digital influences brought dark mode to better serve its users' eye care and energy saving in the world. It's more pleasant, comfortable to look at and also more elegant. Why are you taking so long?
We need this!!!!!
I don't understand why creating a dark mode UI option is so challenging for Adobe. They can't honestly believe that the blaring white themed UI is the best option. Many people have sensitivity to bright light, not to mention it is near impossible to work in low light to no light environments with a blaring white UI.
Almost at the 2 year birthday folks, shall I prepare a cake? 🎂
I wonder how long the roadmap is.....
Great to see this thread still going and not so great that Adobe are still doing sweet FA about it :(

YES!! It would be great for migraine suffering me and other folks with different health issues. It's hard to look at it after dark themed everything.
Meanwhile, people invented quantum computers... 🙄

Please, dear Adobe Tech Staff & everyone else,
May we be granted the update for having a Dark Mode for the Creative Cloud Desktop Manager Box?
I suffer with Photo-sensitive eyes & all this white is making my eyes very sore. I can only stare at it for only a few moments before my eyes start to hurt.
I now have dark mode on everything else, so can you please allow us this very essential update for Daark Mode?
