    Why do I have to update the Creative Cloud dash to be able to uninstall Photoshop. JUST LET ME UNINSTALL IT FROM MY COMPUTERS PROGRAM MANAGER.

  2. Bandwidth usage maths…

    I'm not the king of maths, but, there's a setting in the CC desktop app that allows me to work at 100% internet speed or 75% or less.

    Good idea, saturating the bandwidth is not good for anyone most of the time.

    But I was working on a couple of big prores files (5-10GB each) and was surprised by the numbers :

    my Fiber ISP provides :
    Download 900 Mbs /Upload 650 Mbs

    Syncing, at 75% was showing a 1MBs upload usage (numbers by Bjango iStat Menus).

  4. I checked the option to turn off creative cloud launching on PC startup, it still launches anyways

    Even if i check off the option to NOT launch when I start up my PC, it will launch anyways, I don't know about y'all but my 8 GB of RAM trembles at the sight of CC's logo.

  5. Fix the acrobat licensing app. I have a cc account through my university and everything works except acrobat.

    Fix the acrobat licensing app. I have a cc account through my university and everything works except acrobat. It used to work, but now when I try to launch acrobat it spawns "acrobat licensing application" which shuts it down and says "something went wrong." Well, yes. I've meticulously signed out/deauthorized acrobat and cc from every computer I've ever used except one, and tried every which way to get acrobat to open. Why is this so hard? I shouldn't have to jump through so many hoops to use an app I've used for years and have a valid license/account to use.

  6. Fix Creative Cloud Desktop Manager constantly asking to be repaired

    CCDA keeps asking to quit or be repaired even after just having updated 9 apps, and after using your instructions to re-install or when installing to a clean new hard drive with a new clean install of windows 10.

    We are paying for this error and the appalling slowness of your updates Adobe, don't you think it's about time you fixed these issues or gave us a refund or reduced rate till you've sorted it out!

  8. Fix the Bugs: Cloud keeps logging me out every 5 minutes after logging back in!

    Please just fix the cloud so it doesn't keep logging users out every five minutes. I lose my Adobe fonts and then my document has issues. Please fix this urgently as it is extremely annoying.

  16. App Install

    I have been trying to install this on my computer for three days. It loads to 13% then stops completely. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times and even updated my computer. I have no idea why it won't continue loading and I've already paid the subscription fee. I've tried looking up various troubleshoot options and nothing seems to work.

    Updates drop time and time again without ever finishing. The only thing for it is to cancel, start again and hope for the best. I have now tried to get the new update for photoshop at least twenty times and it just stops at the same point each time. It drives me bonkers and is just not good enough.
    Perhaps an option to restart a download without loosing what has already been downloaded would be handy?

  20. Creative Cloud Desktop Application does not show Adobe Fonts Preview correctly.

    OS : Windows10 ja_JP

    Step amd Reproduce
    1. Open CC Desktop App and select "フォントを管理"(manage fonts).
    2. Click the preview icon and select any font in the list of "アクティブなフォント"(activated fonts).
    3. Preview will not show selected font.(probably, all previews use MS-Gothic).

    Expected results
    Preview the selected font successfully.

    Actual result
    The preview is not displayed correctly and a different font is used.

    Workaround
    Use the Adobe Fonts website instead of using the CC app.

    in macOS all fonts preview correctly.

    Japanese
    1.CCデスクトップアプリケーションを開きAdobe Fontsを選択します。
    2.プレビューアイコンをクリックしアクティブなフォントのリストから任意のフォントを選択します。
    3.プレビューは選択したフォントで表示されずMSゴシックで表示されます。
    これはWindowのみの挙動で、macOSでは正常にプレビューされます。

    期待する結果
    選択したフォントを正常にプレビューする。

    実際の結果
    プレビューは正しく表示されず別のフォントが利用される。

    回避方法
    CCアプリを利用せず、Adobe Fontsウェブサイトを利用する。
