Eliminate the required login to Creative Cloud to open applications and save work
I would like to know what GENIUS decided that you MUST log into creative cloud EVERY SINGLE TIME you open an app. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Oh, and if you're not on a network or don't have internet access (like on a plane), it crashes so you can't open the app after all. Or... my new fave... you're in an app and you try to save your work but it requires a log in (even when saving locally) but you can't b/c you have to log in but don't have connectivity so it crashes and you lose all your work.
Seriously,…

Install applications via command line
Enterprise admins would benefit from a method to trigger application installation from the command line. Ideally this would include the ability to install a particular version.
Example: ccda -install PHSP 21.0.0
Options for removing previous versions would be beneficial as well.

Split the "Creative Cloud Desktop" app into "app manager" and "content manager"
Considering how much of an uproar the newly expanded "Creative Cloud Desktop" app UI has caused, I have a suggestion that I believe would satisfy both those who do like it and those who don't.
Disclaimer: this are simply my opinion, I'm not presuming to know what every thinks, likes or wants.. But from my interpretation of the complaints I've read so far, mixed in with my own preferences, I believe this will be a good plan.
In a nutshell, my suggestion is to keep "Creative Cloud Desktop" as a standalone application, much like it currently is, but to move…

I've cancelled my account and just want to uninstall the apps, but I can't do so. It wants an adobe login first.
I had an adobe account as a student and wanted to cancel once I was no longer a student. I tried to uninstall the apps, but I can't even do this without logging in. You should not need to log in to simply uninstall apps that you no longer want/need.
When I open the creative cloud app to uninstall it says your apps are taking longer than usual to load. Relaunch creative cloud or restart computer and try again. No way to uninstall. Very frustrating

Change the app language
Right now it's only possible to change the language of the installed apps, such as Illustrator, but not the Creative Cloud app itself.

Bandwidth throttling
Really, we need the ability to throttle the amount of bandwidth this software uses. All updates and downloads consume the entire pipe. Why?????

Ugly Icons
Stupid and ugly logos and are challenging to differentiate between ( Premiere, Media Encoder and After Effects ) and ( Photoshop and Lightroom),.
Plus, I don't want to see a rainbow Icon, you can't force this on all users!
It should be optional to have rainbow logo or not.13 votes -

Download throttler required
Hi there,
Creative Clouds download facility needs a bandwidth throttler. When I am updating CC applications, my Internet link slows down so much that it becomes unusably slow until the updates finish.
Sometimes speed is not of the essence, getting other work done while updates happen in the background is.
I would suggest a slider that allows you to limit the bandwidth usage from 0-100% or some such.
Kind regards

Don't make me log in to uninstall
Re-provisioning a machine. The previous user had Adobe CC, new user does not require. Now have to sign in with old (already removed) CC account just to be able to un-install the Adobe software.

Allow reordering of the app icons, or at least move most recently used to the top.
I love the new look and wider area of the home screen, but the app icons seem to be locked in a default order. I'd like be able to drag and order as I please, but another option would be to automatically sort by last used.

Allow me to uninstall without having to update and sign into Creative Cloud.
Complete ******** that I would have to sign in to be able to uninstall. I already was tired of dealing with your new subscription plans and now you want to hold my pc ****. What the literal *.

Add ability for Enterprise Admins to hide certains products from App catalog
As a deployment admin, i would like to give the ability to 80% of my users to deploy creative cloud in a self-service manner for all products, except for certain products (Premiere Pro, AfterFX, ...) because they cannot be updated because of extensions dependencies.
As a result, we could create and deploy an unique package containing "creative cloud + premiere + afterfx" and hide premiere+afterfx from catalog.
today, it is not supported to deploy creative cloud in self service, and a packaged application on the same computer.

apps and file update bandwidth cap improvements
File sharing has a data cap. Can app updates have that too?
Furthermore can we have the option to enter in our own data speeds, instead of using percentages of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% because it isn't very precise.
Is this percentage of the available bandwidth of my RJ45 jack or my Wi-Fi module? I have no idea. Giving an exact data transphere speed cap would be great.11 votes -
Uninstall WITHOUT Updating!
I shouldn't have to waste more data (I have a limited plan and I'm a teacher) to be able to uninstall this software! Please fix this!

Let you uninstall everything without having to update the app to then uninstall.
Absolutely terrible design. I have photoshop but cannot uninstall it under my computers system program management. Instead I have to log in to this terrible site, then sit through an update. Then I can select Uninstall. WOW so complicated for some stupidly simple process. Way to go with creating such a terrible design. 1/10 will not use your product again.
